Why the XM/Sirius radio merger is a bad idea
This customer service horror story reported by The Consumerist of being repeatedly billed for and having service discontinued for a paid-in-full XM radio account happened before XM and Sirius radio proposed that they merge. Can you imagine how awful the customer service will be once there is no alternative satellite service to switch to?
